1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sonography Plus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you are a registered user. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Sonography Plus.

2. User Registration

2.1. To access certain features of Sonography Plus, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access your account.

2.3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify Sonography Plus.

3. Use of Services

3.1. Sonography Plus provides both free and paid services. The free service allows users to post ultrasound images and receive feedback from the community. The paid service grants access to selected verified consultants/ specialists on the platform for feedback on posted cases.

3.2. By using Sonography Plus, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to engage in any conduct that may be harmful, offensive, or disruptive to other users or to Sonography Plus.

4. Posting Content

4.1. When posting ultrasound images or any other content on Sonography Plus, you retain ownership of the content. However, you grant Sonography Plus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving Sonography Plus.

4.2. You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable. Sonography Plus reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that it deems inappropriate in its sole discretion.

5. Paid Service

5.1. The paid service on Sonography Plus provides access to verified consultants/specialists for feedback on posted cases. The selection of consultants/specialists for each case is at the discretion of Sonography Plus.

5.2. Payment for the paid service is required prior to accessing consultant feedback. Fees for the paid service are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Sonography Plus.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Sonography Plus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, used data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use Sonography Plus.

7. Modifications to Terms

7.1. Sonography Plus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Sonography Plus. Your continued use of Sonography Plus after the posting of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

8. Termination

8.1. Sonography Plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sonography Plus at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
